Deposit and Payment Terms
  1. Deposits: Unless otherwise specified, 25% of total cost of the trip is requested as deposit in order to secure and confirm booking. All itineraries and services, unless otherwise advised, should be prepaid totally 30 days before arrival. In the event of the booking made within 30 days of departure, full payment must be received immediately to secure and confirm the booking.
  2. Payment accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Bank transfer.
  1.  In the event of a cancellation by the client, a notification should have been made to us by phone on +44 07851 076571 (Available during office hours) or by an email to info@oliveoescapes.com. The cancellation will be only effective upon receipt by us of such notification.
  2. If the cancellation occur more than 30 days prior of the start of the tour. A 300 euros administration fee will be applied per person and the remainder will refunded.
  3. Less than 30 days before the start date, a compensation or penalty consisting of 20% of the total price of the tour, should cancellation occur between 15 and 10 days prior to departure, 40% between 10 and 3 days, 60% within the last 2 days, and a 100% if the client is not present at the starting point and time of the tour.

Passports, visas, documents

All travelers, without exception (including babies an persons under 18 years of age), shall carry valid documentation, whether passport or National Identification Document (for those countries where passport is not required), and be provided, prior to travel, with any visa, permit, vaccination certificate, etc, that is considered necessary for the trip.

General information regarding conditions applicable to citizens of the Member States of the European Union concerning passport or visa issues, as well as sanitary requirements for the trip and stay, will be assumed by Oliveo Escapes. Therefore, the Agency will inform clients of the necessary requirements regarding documentation, while the client is held solely responsible for obtaining these documents and complying with requirements, and the Agency cannot accept any type of responsibility derived from these concepts.


Travel Insurance, Cancellation Insurance and Medical insurance are all strongly recommended and Oliveo Escapes will not absorb any costs and does not accept responsibility if guests do not come on tour without these recommended insurances. Medical issues, storage or purchase of medicines and any related medical costs are the responsibility of the client, not of Oliveo Escapes.


We do not expect and certainly do not want dissatisfied customers, but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the service offered, you should notify any complaint to our office as soon as possible by calling us on +44 07851 076571 (available during office hours) or by sending an email with details of your compliant to info@oliveoescapes.com. We shall use all reasonable efforts to rectify the complaint as quickly as possible. If the problem cannot be resolved during the trip period, you should contact us in writing within 14 days of returning from trip.

Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and all matters arising therefrom are subject to Spanish Law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.


Where transfers are included, there is one scheduled group transfer for arrival and departure at a designated time and place. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to be at the transfer point at the designated time. Where transfers are not included in the program, it is also the responsibility of the participant to reach the starting point of the tour at the designated time. The client will be made responsible for the consequences of not being present at the time and place foreseen for any transfer.


Change of Hotels or services

Oliveo Escapes reserves the right to change itineraries and/or substitute services, hotels or restaurants of equal quality, given that justified circumstances should arise.

If the agency should be forced to modify main elements of the tour, the client shall receive notice as soon as possible, and always a minimum of three days in advance, offering the possibility of cancelling the tour with a full refund, or accepting the modification of the initial route. If, after this notice of three working-days’ time, the agency receives no answer, it will be understood that the client wishes to cancel the reservation.


1.Oliveo Escapes is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; travel by plane, train, auto, boat, bicycle, horseback, foot, or other form of active travel; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; etc. Oliveo Escapes reserves the right to make route and hotel modifications as necessary to improve the quality of a trip or to accommodate the comfort and well-being of guests.

2. Your driver will be waiting for you at the airport or your confirmed pick up point (Cruise, Train Station, etc) at the confirmed arrival time that you provide. Oliveo Escapes provides a grace period of 2 hours beyond the confirmed arrival time and after this, the chauffeur company will bill you directly for additional waiting time. Rest assured that the driver will wait for you no matter how long, but that you will be invoiced for extra hours (anything after 2 hours beyond the confirmed arrival time).

3.Likewise if extra transport costs are incurred due to weather conditions (airplanes diverting to different locations or cruise ships calling into different ports at last minute, etc) they will not be absorbed by Oliveo Escapes and will be billed directly to the client from the transport company. NOTE- you can protect yourself against any eventuality by purchasing full insurance.

4.If extra transport hours or additional transfer services (beyond the confirmed itinerary) are incurred during the tour due to the guests’ request, they will be billed directly.

5.Where appointments are included (wineries, cooking classes, tastings, etc), clients must arrive within 30 minutes of the appointment time or they may have to forfeit the event (with no refund) due to the supplier’s scheduling / other appointments on the day.

6.If extra transport hours or additional transfer services (beyond the confirmed itinerary) are incurred during the tour due to the guests’ request, they will be billed directly.

  • Entrances fees not listed
  • Meals not specified in the itinerary
  • Laundry expenses
  • Room Service
  • Excess Baggage Charges and Porterage
  • Passport and Visa fees
  • Personal and Travel Insurance
  • Airport Taxes
  • Optional Excursions and Upgrades
  • Gratuities to Chauffeurs
  • Rental car local if not included
  • Any item specified as «Own Arrangements»
